NOTE: USSSA (U-Trip) has modified the bat manufacturing compression requirements. In essence, the new USSSA bats being made as of January 1, 2021 will not be as powerful / hot as the older USSSA models. The older bats have been grandfathered in indefinitely for league play, but the supply is diminishing daily. As always, check with your league or tournament director to ensure this bat is legal to use in your events. 

Auction is for one very rare, new in wrapper Demarini RD28 U Trip Version. This version was more rare than the ASA version. The ASA version was a run of 3,000 bats. This run was an incredibly small run of only 1,000 bats. You can see the serial number is 486 / 1000

Condition: New in Wrapper. Bat has never touched softball.   There is a very minor spot on the endcap where the wrapper has torn a bit. Obviously, the bat has never touched a softball. As seen in the pictures, the grip was removed. We did not remove it, but it came to us that way. Given the age of the bat, the overall wrapper is starting to deteriorate.
